Hello Everyone,

This is no such much an update but a call to arms --or better yet, to dance and mingle. The Croc is really a fun place, the music and its laid back attitude adds to its charm. Since doesn't matter how many times we go there, people still request it. I blame its 80's music.

On Fridays, it is ladies night and although it is no cover (except for the $2 into the piggy bank) us men have to pay cover just to be in your gracious presence. Although not before 9:00pm, so gentlemen if you would like to use that well earned cash that you would otherwise pay in cover to go towards the $3< drinks , then you know what to do. Not only coming early gives you a chance to mingle before the music begins, it also gives you a larger window for liver damage. It's a win-win!

Expectations?
Crocodile Rock enforces a SMART CASUAL dress code.
Crocodile Rock caters to the 25+ crowd.
Aside that, everything else goes.
There is a pool table which has been used in the past with great aplomb. So if you like to play, well, you got that going too.

We are going to meet on the second floor or simply ask the hostess at the door, your pick. Now if you must change your RSVP please do so 24 HOURS BEFORE in order for me to update the reservation and also that way you don't seem like a quitter. Looking at the long, long termweather, it seems like it might rain, so if you are one of those who get lazy/suffer from aquaphobia/melt at the contact of water or your pet parrot always seems to drop dread on Fridays when it rains, please change your RSVP after reading this sentence.
Although hopefully that will change.

Otherwise I will assume that you are coming which is of course great. I will pass the word to my other social group and see if they will join us. I was going to keep it to just this group but again more the merrier.

PS:. It has been asked. The reason why there is no "maybe" RSVP is BECAUSE I do not want people to put maybe. Clubs don't believe in maybes and since I am putting a reservation, sadly neither can I. So please don't RSVP "YES" and write "Maybe." That's like a pilot going to work, seating on the cockpit of a fully loaded 747 and then say, "I am not sure about today." Or worse, "OMG, can't fly today! My pet parrot just died!"
As always, I reserve the right to remove no-shows.
